Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us at studio@navirra.store and we'll do our best to help.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags.

To start a return, contact us at studio@navirra.store.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We don't offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size, simply return your item and place a new order.

My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item.

We'll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
